The Chewton slimline radiant inset gas fire is one of our most popular models thanks to it's slimline design and affordable price point. It is designed to fit virtually 99% of any modern pre-cast flues, pre-fabricated flue systems (class 1 or class 2 with min. 127mm or 5" diameter) or conventional chimneys. The slimline firebox fits a standard opening, generally 16" wide x 22" high (please refer to product specification). Most importantly this fire only requires a fireplace depth of 110mm plus 20mm for debris collection.

The Chewton provides sufficient heat to warm a medium sized room within a modern home. This fire can be specified with coal or pebble effect fuel bed and is available in either Manual (Rotary), Manual (Fingerslide) or Remote Control. It does not require a mains power supply however, the Manual (Fingerslide) and Remote options require a battery (supplied) for ignition only.

The Finsbury Timeless premium solid cast frame is a stunning classic design with ornate detailing. The distinct fret includes two prominent piers decorated by ornate finials. The decorative ashpan with distinct pattern work is located in position by discrete fixings in the frame and when removed allows access, if applicable, to the controls (model dependent). The Finsbury has been manufactured using traditional sand casting techniques. Therefore naturally some minor imperfections such as pitting and black residual polishing marks may be visible, although this is a direct result of the production and finishing process and is intentionally employed to achieve the authentic appearance. The Finsbury is available in polished cast iron or black finish.
